Astory Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Astory mobile app. By creating a parent account and tapping continue on the consent screen, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.

Who may use Astory

Only a parent or legal guardian may create an account. Children use the app without passwords after you finish setup. You are responsible for how children on your account use Astory and for the words they submit.

The service

Astory helps create age-banded stories from five words. Stories are generated with Google Gemini on our servers. Content is filtered for safety, but AI output is not guaranteed to be perfect, complete, or suitable in every case. You should supervise young children.

Quota

Each parent account may create up to 30 successful stories per UTC calendar month unless we change the limit in the product. Failed or safety-blocked generations do not count toward that success quota.

Accounts and deletion

Keep your password confidential. You may delete a child profile or the whole account in the parent area, or request deletion via the web deletion page. Deletion removes associated stories stored with that account.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service (for example attempting to bypass safety filters, attack our systems, or use Astory for unlawful purposes). We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Disclaimer and liability

Astory is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, Innocons is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or from AI-generated story text. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Innocons’ place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
